Day 2...Back & Boxing!!!

This workout will take your back to a whole new level. We will again be taking every set to complete failure. This drop set weight lifting back workout will be paired up with boxing designed to target the back/lats to push your back to complete exhaustion!!! Get your carbohydrates ladies and gentleman this one is going push you mentally and physically! BRING IT!
