Shoulder Shred!!! Day 4...Shoulders and Boxing!

Last but certainly not least its time to drop set your shoulders! Time to throw some weight up over your head and go till you cant go anymore! Last day of the RiPPEd week lets go out with a boom! This lethal combination of heavy overhead shoulder presses and boxing will make brushing your teeth in the morning a challenge!

This workout will take your back to a whole new level. We will again be taking every set to complete failure. This drop set weight lifting back workout will be paired up with boxing designed to target the back/lats to push your back to complete exhaustion!!! Hey RiPPEd clients time to hit them drop sets! Make it your goal this week to take every set you do to absolute failure! Need to build up your muscular endurance so you can last through all your sets in weeks 1 & 2 with a heavier weight. The result will be an increase in muscle mass and a decrease in body fat % which is our ultimate goal!
