High Rep/Endurance Week! Day 1...Chest & Treadmills!

Hey RiPPEd clients time to hit them drop sets! Make it your goal this week to take every set you do to absolute failure! Need to build up your muscular endurance so you can last through all your sets in weeks 1 & 2 with a heavier weight. The result will be an increase in muscle mass and a decrease in body fat % which is our ultimate goal!
