Day 3...Back & Legs!!!

This is personally my favorite day!  The combination of legs and back (two biggest muscle groups in the body) will leave you feeling like you just workout out every muscle in your body. Also remember that legs and back will demand the most from your body so make sure to be on the higher end of your calories/carbs/fats for the day...We will be finding your max on squats and dead lifts tomorrow for a 6-8 rep count ,so bring some intensity tomorrow and lets set some high marks!
