Day 4...Shoulders & Chest!!

Hey so its day four and we will once again be hitting chest and shoulders, just this time with more of a shoulder focus. We will be targeting the rear and front deltoids along with a flat bench press to get a good overall chest workout! Lets have a good one and go out with a bang! Def. saw a change in pace on Wednesday night/Thursday morning, lets keep it going!
