Day 2...Back/Legs

Its the best day we have in RIPPED, back and legs!!! If you need to tone up your legs or build some muscle on them chicken legs today is the day to hit the high end of your carbs because these two major muscles demand the most from your body, so if you want to last the full hour and get the best out of your hour you better load up!!! Also a reminder that if you only have 10 min. of cardio at the end you better be giving it your all. I don't understand how you can have 10 seconds left in class and you just jump off the treadmill??? One of the most important factors in becoming fit and looking fit is having mental toughness so that you can set high goals and overcome them!!!
