Day 3...Arms & Abs

We will be hitting biceps, triceps, and abs tomorrow as well as finishing with some boxing!!! Do not make the mistake of thinking this is a rest day just because we are not doing bench press, squats, dead lifts, or some other major lift. Having strong biceps and triceps can help take those major muscle lifts to a new level, so do not cheat them, take every set to failure, and focus on your form! Just remember, every rep counts!
