Back to Lifting!!! Day 1...Chest & Abs

ripp[Hey RiPPEd clients, time to get the heavy weights back out and build some lean muscle! Remember just because we are lifting does not mean the intensity drops, need to keep a high tempo through this week and next! Will be incorporating a lot more core into the next couple weeks so be ready for it! I have your new diets so will be giving them to you at class. Time to really focus on your diet with summer fast approaching!
