Day 2...Back/Biceps & Boxing!!

Hey RiPPEd clients, we will be lifting back/biceps with supersets! Heavy and slow, to fast and light, to crazy boxing cardio! Like I said just because its weights week does not mean we go at a slow tempo, we need to go at an even faster tempo! Last but certainly not least, we will finish our workout with lower back exercises to help fully develop our core. People are constantly working their frontal abdominals, well what about your lower back? It is just as important!
