Bittersweet End To High Rep/Endurance Week!!!

That was an awesome week RiPPEd clients! Way to push yourselves to your limit with the weight training and set yourself up for a long awaited cardio/fatburning week! I will have new diets specifically designed for each class on Monday! Time to put it into 5th gear and get those bodies ready for summer!!! Remember your four keys to success...Diet, Weigh Training, Cardio, and Sleep!!! Keep up on the blog will be posting new workouts for you to do on your own on the weekends to avoid any negative gains or set backs!
