Day 4...Back/Shoulders & Boxing

Hey RiPPEd clients, the last day has come of high rep week!! I know you are happy to see it but you are also gonna be happy to see the results setting in if you just keep your diet right this weekend. Day 4 we are going to once again put back/shoulders together with boxing to completely carve out your back and shoulder muscles! Not only is it a demanding workout working two major muscles but it is a crazy fat burner, so lets go 100mph, feel the burn, and see some results! Day 4 means we go out with not want to go into your weekend feeling like shit about how you finished off your week!
