Cardio Week!!! Day 1...Chest/Abdominals & Treadmills!!!

Hey RiPPEd clients, once again the long awaited cardio week is here!!! Day 1 we will be doing all sorts of chest exercises using only our own body weight, an extremely fast pace ab workout, and will be super setting both with treadmill sprints and body weight fat-burners! Remember this week is about taking your body to its limit so that we can increase both your muscular and cardiovascular endurance. Be sure to not mess up on your pre/post workout, you have worked too hard for your lean muscle do not go and burn it off...we are trying to burn fat this week NOT muscle! Make sure you keep to your diet and get your rest this week, its going to be a crazy one!
