Day 2....Boxing/Fatburn

Hey RiPPEd clients, day 2 we will be doing boxing, a lot of wind sprints, and fat burning exercises in between! The harder you work boxing the less sprints you will run, just remember it is cardio week so I have no problem running 16's for 60 min. straight! Please, please, please remember to hit your pre/post workout as I directed you to, I can not stress enough how important it is that you do!
