Cardio Week! Day 1....Chest/Triceps/Abdominals/Treadmills

Hey RiPPEd clients, cardio week is back!! Time to shred up all that muscle you have gained in the past three weeks with all your hard work! Cardio week is about taking your cardiovascular level to a whole new level, pushing your self beyond any point you have every reached working out, and to shred up your whole body but mostly your core! Make sure your supplementation is spot on this week, your going to need it!
