Day 1...Quads/Hamstrings/Middle Back

Day 1: Quads/Hamstrings/Middle Back...There will no longer be a "cardio week!" RiPPEd clients you need to understand that RiPPEd is a weight training program and so whether you want to be or not, you are a body builder...I want all you women to understand that lifting and especially the lifting we do in RiPPEd can not and will not make you big! It is your diet that is doing that! If you missed the seminar on Sunday trust me you are lost so come talk to me so we can get you on the right track!
